Morning Breads and Honey Plate

French spice bread with local honey, house-made ricotta, dates, strawberries, and balsamic

Hickory nut scone with lime and honey butter

Honey roast local apple whole grain crostata

Main Course

Fontina, leek and fresh pea frittata on local potato- vegetable hash with house-made pork sausage

Spring herb panna cotta with brown sugar shortbread

S. 14th Street Community Garden, Manitowoc Community Garden, Farm to School programming, and the Community Kitchen.
