🌾 ANNUAL IMPACT SNAPSHOT

  • Nourishing Neighbors Fund:
    • Community Food Pantry: Providing dignified access to healthy groceries for 1,900+ individuals each year, with attendance up 48% this fall due to delayed FoodShare benefits.
    • Senior Stock Box: Delivering pantry staples to 57 low-income seniors each month.
    • Community Meal: Serving 35 neighbors weekly, offering nourishment and community connection.
  • Feed Our Future Fund: Nourishing 277 children on weekends during the school year and also providing over 37,000 meals through our kid's summer meals program.
  • Grow for 54220 Fund:
    • Mission Greens Hydroponic Farm: Producing up to 60 lbs of fresh greens every month, ensuring year-round access to local produce, and also providing educational opportunities to local students utilizing our hydroponic equipment at local schools and the YMCA.
    • Community Garden: Growing fresh rhubarb, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and more to feed our neighbors in need.
  • Farm-to-Table Fund:
    • Harmony Café: Brewing more than coffee—it's a mission-driven, farm-to-table social enterprise that builds community while providing workforce training and vital support for Grow It Forward’s hunger-relief programs.
    • Winter Farmers Market: Connecting local growers and makers with the community, ensuring year-round access to fresh, local food and supporting Manitowoc’s local food economy.
  • SHORE Fund: Ensuring Grow It Forward's ability to procure and distribute thousands of pounds of locally sourced farm-fresh food to our Community Food Center, and our network of trusted community partners (other pantries and community meal programs) throughout Manitowoc County.
